Tomorrow’s Engineers Tour Anaheim Facility: Cal Poly Pomona IPC

Summit Interconnect recently hosted a site tour for Cal Poly Pomona’s IPC Education Foundation chapter. The visit was organized by Jason Mandala Lecturer/Electromechanical Engineering Technology Department and Professor Gerald “Jerry” Herder.

The group of high-achieving students toured our state-of-the-art facility and were able to dig deeper into their field with an immersive hands-on experience.

On behalf of all Summit employees, we wish these “Engineers of the Future” success in their chosen career paths. We also send a special congratulations to all the seniors! If your University is interested in starting its own IPC Education foundation Chapter, you can find more information and instructions at the following website: https://www.ipcef.org/. Our factories are always open to students interested in careers in manufacturing. To schedule a tour, contact Lisa.Holmes@summit-pcb.com.
