Aujourd\u2019hui, ces fils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par des circuits imprim\u00e9s, ou PCB. Le r\u00f4le d\u2019un PCB est double : connecter tous les composants \u00e9lectroniques d\u2019un appareil et isoler ces composants fragiles lorsqu\u2019ils sont aliment\u00e9s en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019essor de nombreux secteurs utilisant des PCB, la conception de ces composants essentiels a \u00e9volu\u00e9. Il existe d\u00e9sormais six types diff\u00e9rents de circuits imprim\u00e9s, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simple face<\/li>\n<li>Double face<\/li>\n<li>Multicouches<\/li>\n<li>Rigide<\/li>\n<li>Flexible<\/li>\n<li>Rigide-flexible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous allons explorer chacun de ces six types de circuits imprim\u00e9s et leurs applications ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB simple face<\/h2>\n<p>Les PCB simple face sont le choix le plus courant des fabricants d\u2019\u00e9lectronique. Ces cartes abordables et faciles \u00e0 fabriquer sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019un substrat, qui sert de support aux composants \u00e9lectroniques. Une couche conductrice en cuivre est ajout\u00e9e sur le substrat. Les composants \u00e9lectroniques sont plac\u00e9s sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du PCB, tandis que le circuit entier est visible de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. En raison de leur simplicit\u00e9, ces circuits sont utilis\u00e9s dans des applications de base comme les calculatrices, les jouets \u00e9lectroniques et les minuteries.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB double face<\/h2>\n<p>Les PCB double face comportent deux couches conductrices, l\u2019une sur la face sup\u00e9rieure et l\u2019autre sur la face inf\u00e9rieure. Des trous sont perc\u00e9s dans le PCB pour permettre aux composants m\u00e9talliques de connecter les circuits des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ces circuits imprim\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus complexes sont utilis\u00e9s dans les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables et les amplificateurs.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB multicouches<\/h2>\n<p>Dot\u00e9s d\u2019au moins trois couches conductrices, les PCB multicouches sont id\u00e9aux pour les appareils \u00e9lectroniques plus complexes. Chaque couche conductrice est plac\u00e9e entre des feuilles isolantes, puis elles sont assembl\u00e9es et lamin\u00e9es ensemble. Ces circuits imprim\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus petits, mais offrent de grandes performances. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s dans les ordinateurs, tablettes et \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB rigides<\/h2>\n<p>Les PCB rigides ont un substrat inflexible qui ne peut pas \u00eatre pli\u00e9 ou tordu. Ces circuits, souvent l\u00e9gers et \u00e9conomiques, sont constitu\u00e9s de plusieurs couches, y compris un substrat, une couche conductrice, un masque de soudure et une s\u00e9rigraphie. Ils peuvent \u00eatre simple face, double face ou multicouches. Les PCB rigides sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s dans les machines \u00e0 rayons X, les syst\u00e8mes IRM et les \u00e9quipements GPS.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB flexibles<\/h2>\n<p>Les circuits imprim\u00e9s flexibles gagnent en popularit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre pli\u00e9s ou tordus pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur appareil \u00e9lectronique. Au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre plac\u00e9s sur un substrat rigide, les circuits et composants \u00e9lectroniques sont imprim\u00e9s sur un substrat flexible, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un film polyester conducteur. Les PCB flexibles peuvent \u00eatre simple face, double face ou multicouches. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s dans les applications automobiles, les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et les cam\u00e9ras.<\/p>\n<h2>PCB rigide-flexible<\/h2>\n<p>Ces circuits hybrides combinent les avantages des PCB rigides et flexibles. Con\u00e7us et fabriqu\u00e9s en 3D, ils sont sp\u00e9cifiquement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019appareil dans lequel ils seront utilis\u00e9s. De plus, les PCB rigide-flexible sont plus l\u00e9gers, car ils ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de connecteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires.
