Pour les besoins de cet article, nous nous concentrerons sur les PCB simple et double face. Dans l\u2019univers des circuits imprim\u00e9s, ces termes d\u00e9crivent la complexit\u00e9 d\u2019un PCB. Selon le type de circuit, les prix et les applications varient. Ci-dessous, nous r\u00e9pondrons \u00e0 la question importante : PCB simple ou double face, quelle est la diff\u00e9rence ?<\/p>\n<h2>PCB simple face<\/h2>\n<p>Les PCB simple face, ou monocouche, poss\u00e8dent une seule couche de mat\u00e9riau conducteur (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du cuivre) sur une face, tandis que les composants \u00e9lectroniques sont plac\u00e9s sur l\u2019autre face. Ces circuits imprim\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 produire, ce qui en fait une solution rentable pour les fabricants d\u2019appareils \u00e9lectroniques. Leur conception simplifi\u00e9e les rend faciles \u00e0 fabriquer et, avec leur faible co\u00fbt, ils figurent parmi les circuits les plus populaires. On retrouve ces PCB dans des applications telles que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appareils photo<\/li>\n<li>Cha\u00eenes st\u00e9r\u00e9o<\/li>\n<li>Calculatrices<\/li>\n<li>Imprimantes<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes de surveillance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PCB double face<\/h2>\n<p>L\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus complexes, les PCB double face comportent des composants \u00e9lectroniques sur les deux faces du circuit, s\u00e9par\u00e9es par une couche conductrice (souvent en cuivre). Ces deux couches permettent aux courants \u00e9lectriques de circuler d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre du circuit. Avec deux fois plus d\u2019espace pour les composants \u00e9lectroniques, ces PCB peuvent int\u00e9grer des circuits plus complexes que les PCB simple face.
