{"id":11282,"date":"2020-07-07T22:07:40","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T22:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.ca\/blog\/article\/regles-de-conception-des-pcb\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T10:48:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T10:48:44","slug":"pcb-design-rules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.ca\/fr\/blog\/article\/pcb-design-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e8gles de conception des PCB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chaque **atelier de fabrication** dispose d\u2019une **liste de r\u00e8gles de conception** qu\u2019il fournit \u00e0 ses clients, d\u00e9taillant les **limitations du processus de fabrication**.  <\/p>\n<p>Les **valeurs sp\u00e9cifiques** varient en fonction :<br \/>\n\u2013 De l\u2019atelier de fabrication choisi<br \/>\n\u2013 Du respect des **limites recommand\u00e9es** ou des **limites r\u00e9elles du processus**  <\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que **plus votre conception s\u2019approche des limites r\u00e9elles du processus, plus sa fabrication sera co\u00fbteuse**.  <\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e8gles incluent notamment les **distances minimales** entre :<br \/>\n\u2013 Les **pistes**<br \/>\n\u2013 Les **bords de carte**<br \/>\n\u2013 Les **pastilles**<br \/>\n\u2013 Et d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments en cuivre  <\/p>\n<h2>Largeur d\u2019espacement<\/h2>\n<p>Dans votre **logiciel de conception**, vous d\u00e9finissez **l\u2019espacement entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en cuivre** et utilisez ses outils de v\u00e9rification pour comparer votre **routage PCB** aux valeurs requises.  <\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle la **\u00ab Largeur d\u2019espacement \u00bb (Space Width)** dans le concept **Trace &#038; Space Width**.  <\/p>\n<p>Il est essentiel de garder en t\u00eate que :<br \/>\n\u2013 **Le poids du cuivre** influence **les valeurs minimales de largeur et d\u2019espacement**<br \/>\n\u2013 Si vos **couches internes** utilisent un cuivre plus \u00e9pais, il faut **appliquer des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 ces couches**<\/p><figure class=\"img-caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img-caption__img\" src=\"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/design-rules-a-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\"><figcaption class=\"img-caption__caption\">Exemple de r\u00e8gles de conception pour les espaces de cuivre de DipTrace<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Toutes ces valeurs font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la distance minimale entre deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments du circuit imprim\u00e9. N'oubliez pas que la fabrication des circuits imprim\u00e9s comporte des imperfections. Si vous poussez tout \u00e0 la limite de la fabrication, le rendement de votre carte par panneau diminuera.  <\/p><figure class=\"img-caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img-caption__img\" src=\"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/design-rules-b.png\" alt=\"\"><figcaption class=\"img-caption__caption\">La matrice ci-dessus compare l&#039;espacement minimal des objets dans votre conception. Dans Diptrace, \u00ab\u00a0Pad\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe un pad traversant et \u00ab\u00a0SMD\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe un pad mont\u00e9 en surface. <\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class=\"img-caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img-caption__img\" src=\"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/design-rules-c.png\" alt=\"\"><figcaption class=\"img-caption__caption\">Cette spirale est constitu\u00e9e de segments semi-circulaires entrecrois\u00e9s de rayons arithm\u00e9tiquement croissants. Certains logiciels EDA remplacent les spirales par des segments droits dans les fichiers Gerber. <\/figcaption><\/figure><h2>Largeur de trace<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9gagement du cuivre n'est pas le seul point \u00e0 prendre en compte.
