{"id":11279,"date":"2020-03-18T21:48:56","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T21:48:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.ca\/blog\/article\/cinq-types-differents-de-finitions-de-surface-pour-circuits-imprimes\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T10:48:41","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T10:48:41","slug":"5-different-types-of-pcb-surface-finishes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/summitinterconnect.ca\/fr\/blog\/article\/5-different-types-of-pcb-surface-finishes\/","title":{"rendered":"Cinq types diff\u00e9rents de finitions de surface pour circuits imprim\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les circuits imprim\u00e9s modernes contiennent une multitude de composants critiques, mais rien n'est plus essentiel que la surface elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>La surface d'un PCB moderne remplit deux fonctions principales :<\/p>\n<p>Offrir une surface soudable pour fixer solidement les composants \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n<p>Prot\u00e9ger les circuits en cuivre expos\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un rev\u00eatement adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus de fabrication et d\u2019assemblage des PCB, la finition de surface joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la durabilit\u00e9 et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de la carte finale.<br \/>\nCette couche protectrice se situe entre les composants et la carte nue.<\/p>\n<p>Voyons de plus pr\u00e8s les types de finitions les plus courants utilis\u00e9es dans les assemblages de circuits imprim\u00e9s.<br \/>\nVoici cinq types de finitions de surface \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer pour votre projet.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9galisation par soudure \u00e0 l\u2019air chaud (HASL)<\/h2>\n<p>Le HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling) est l\u2019une des finitions de surface les plus courantes et les plus \u00e9prouv\u00e9es pour une large gamme de projets PCB.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est populaire car elle est abondamment disponible et \u00e9conomique sur le long terme.<br \/>\nElle fonctionne aussi bien pour les cartes \u00e0 composants traversants que pour les cartes avec de gros composants SMT.<\/p>\n<p>Le rev\u00eatement protecteur se forme apr\u00e8s :<\/p>\n<p>Immersion du PCB dans de la soudure fondue.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9galisation de la surface avec un couteau \u00e0 air chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le HASL n\u2019est pas id\u00e9al pour :<\/p>\n<p>Les composants mont\u00e9s en surface (SMT) de petite taille<\/p>\n<p>Les circuits fins et pr\u00e9cis (en raison des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9paisseur)<\/p>\n<p>Si la pr\u00e9sence de plomb pose probl\u00e8me, il existe une alternative HASL sans plomb, qui offre une excellente dur\u00e9e de conservation et respecte la r\u00e9glementation RoHS.<\/p>\n<h2>Argent ou \u00c9tain en immersion<\/h2>\n<p>Les rev\u00eatements en immersion sont plus adapt\u00e9s aux cartes contenant de petits composants.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019argent en immersion (IAg) est un rev\u00eatement non \u00e9lectrolytique qui se forme par r\u00e9action chimique.<\/p>\n<p>La couche d\u2019argent diffuse dans le cuivre par un processus d'immersion.<\/p>\n<p>Cette finition est stable, adapt\u00e9e aux circuits \u00e0 pas fin, et offre une vitesse de signal rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, il faut surveiller les conditions de stockage, car l\u2019argent ternit facilement \u00e0 l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9tain en immersion est une alternative \u00e9conomique et conforme RoHS.<\/p>\n<p>Son rev\u00eatement plat est id\u00e9al pour les composants de petite taille, les circuits fins, et les hautes vitesses.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, si votre production est limit\u00e9e, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de choisir l\u2019argent en immersion pour \u00e9viter les inconv\u00e9nients de l\u2019\u00e9tain en immersion (ISN).<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9servatif de soudabilit\u00e9 organique (OSP)<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative) est un processus de rev\u00eatement simple, garantissant une surface plane et uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Ce rev\u00eatement \u00e0 base d\u2019eau contient des compos\u00e9s organiques qui prot\u00e8gent le cuivre et facilitent une soudabilit\u00e9 fiable.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OSP \u00e9limine le besoin d\u2019un rev\u00eatement m\u00e9tallique, mais il est aujourd\u2019hui moins couramment utilis\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 sa conformit\u00e9 RoHS.<\/p>\n<h2>Nickel Chimique &#038;
