Si votre mission consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une conception robuste, fiable et rentable, et \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussir du premier coup, nous disposons d'une \u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs d'application senior (FAE) qui agiront en tant que consultants en fabrication. Nos FAE fourniront un examen complet de votre conception, y compris une analyse des r\u00e9sultats DRC, un examen de l'empilement et une discussion sur les options de mat\u00e9riaux. Conception pour l'assemblage<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Plus de 90 % des projets de conception sont soumis sans que l'on s'en aper\u00e7oive et comportent des erreurs qui emp\u00eachent un assemblage rapide et sans faille des circuits imprim\u00e9s. Notre logiciel de conception pour l'assemblage (DFA) et nos ing\u00e9nieurs form\u00e9s \u00e0 l'IPC v\u00e9rifient que vos pi\u00e8ces peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Comment \u00e7a marche<\/h3>\n

Les donn\u00e9es de conception sont extraites des fichiers Gerbers, XYRS et BOM et utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er une image PDF ou une image \u00ab virtuelle \u00bb de votre conception. Ensuite, notre \u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs examine la conception pour v\u00e9rifier l'ajustement et la rotation des pi\u00e8ces. Presque toutes les erreurs potentielles sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es et corrig\u00e9es avant l'assemblage. Nous vous invitons \u00e0 visiter l'un de nos sites de fabrication de technologie de pointe pour rencontrer les experts et passer une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 examiner votre conception de PCB. Votre visite comprendra une visite de l'usine qui sera adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la conception que vous cr\u00e9ez.
